Trump 2028 Merch

In what experts are calling “a completely predictable turn of events,” the official Trump Store has begun selling “Trump 2028” merchandise, boldly advertising products for an unprecedented and constitutionally prohibited third presidential term.

Constitutional law professors nationwide reportedly scheduled emergency therapy sessions upon discovering the red caps and t-shirts prominently displayed on the Trump Store website, priced at a patriotic $50 and $36 respectively.

“I’ve dedicated my career to teaching the 22nd Amendment, which explicitly limits presidents to two terms,” said Professor Eleanor Whitman, clutching her well-worn pocket Constitution while rocking back and forth. “Now I’m watching people excitedly purchase hats celebrating its potential violation. My therapist says I should focus on deep breathing.”

The merchandise launch comes after former and current President Donald Trump assured supporters he was “not joking” about pursuing a third term, causing dictionaries everywhere to frantically update their definition of “joke” to include “literal statement of intention.”

White House spokesperson Jackson Miller defended the merchandise. “The President is simply planning ahead for when we amend the Constitution to recognize his special exemption from term limits. Plus, these hats make excellent gifts for people who find ‘Live, Laugh, Love’ signs too intellectually challenging.”

Political analysts note the merchandise serves multiple purposes, simultaneously normalizing the concept of a third term while providing Trump’s legal team with the defense that “it was just campaign merch” should constitutional challenges arise.

At press time, the Trump Store was reportedly considering a new product line featuring “Trump 2032” and “Trump Forever” options, with rumors of a limited-edition “Constitution? What Constitution?” commemorative coin in development.
